Method

How we build analysis.

I
Phase I

Proximate Observation

Each issue begins with direct observation of practices, institutions, and environments as they are experienced in real time.

II
Phase II

Contextual Framing

Localized details are read alongside economic, historical, and cultural conditions to reveal wider institutional patterns.

III
Phase III

Public Discussion

The journal publishes arguments meant to enter serious discussion across policy, education, business, and public life.
